"I was looking for roofing for a new build and received a lot of inflated quotes. Jordan stood out and after he’d done a great job supplying the scaffolding, I was confident to go ahead with the roof. He was straightforward to deal with, priced fairly, and his team arrived on time and worked efficiently. The workmanship on the main roof areas has been good. I would definitely recommended."
"I put a 1 star for this cowboy company, just to get on the board.. I emailed them on the 8th of August, asking for a quote for de-mossing my house roof + after spray killer.. They asked me for my mobile number which was given within minutes.. I then got another email saying they are working on my request.. Obviously they must still be working on what to do, as I've heard no more from them, and it's now then18th of August, on the plus side.. it's the same year so far.... 🤔 I've often wondered who actually puts these wonderful 5* reviews on companies like this,, is it friends, family, or themselves.. 🤔 because it's certainly not my idea of a well run company by any means, it doesn't deserve any star for the way i was treated. & I'm not interested in any excuses of who or why, just to make them look good.. I mean, how long does one wait for an answer..? I waited 8 days, But to be fair,, I also asked 3 other companies who do the same, at the same starting date of 8th of August.. & these cowboys couldn't even answer with an email or phone call either.. It shows the state of workmanship/companies in Scotland, who can now afford to just pick & choose their jobs, without letting customers know.. 🙄"
"Found them to be an excellent company. They were very friendly and helpful and willing to work around my schedule and provided detailed photographs to show me exactly what needed fixing on my roof which needed a lot of work. A very inaccessible 3rd storey roof, other companies quoted £’000’s just for the scaffolding works. The price was excellent in comparison to other quotes and the after photos provided showed the outstanding work they had done. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone. First class guys who provide a first class service."
