"My experience with Drain Klear left me feeling very disappointed. The company was called out to my partner’s property to deal with a blocked drain. The work was completed very quickly, and we were charged what I considered to be a high fee. We were told the blockage had been cleared, but no CCTV inspection was carried out to establish what had caused it in the first place. Just under a month later, the drain was overflowing again. When my partner contacted the company, there didn’t seem to be any interest in investigating why the problem had returned so quickly. Instead, she was advised that if she wasn’t willing to pay for another visit, she should contact a different company. We followed that advice. The second company carried out a camera survey and immediately found an old blockage. From the footage we were shown, it appeared the drain had not been fully cleared during the original visit. For me, the biggest disappointment was the lack of aftercare once the problem came back. Based on what happened, I wouldn’t use Drain Klear again and wouldn’t recommend them."
"I would not recommend Drain Klear based on my experience. They attended to clear a blocked drain and charged what I felt was a high price for a job that only took a few minutes. When I contacted the company, I was disappointed by the response. I was told the issue wasn’t covered and that if I didn’t want to pay for another visit, I should use a different company. I then contacted another drainage company. They carried out a camera inspection and quickly identified a blockage. From what they showed me, it appeared that part of the drainage system had not been fully cleared, which may explain why the problem returned so soon. Overall, I was disappointed with both the service and the aftercare. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t use this company again or recommend them to others."
"Phoned Drain Klear early afternoon today and lovely young guy arrived about 90 minutes later. He cleared blocked sewage pipe that was seeping onto garden beside the back door (awful smell) Great service! Have used the guys before for a different property and they were first class. Highly recommend 👌"
