"Terrible experience. My boiler completely shut down during a freezing winter weekend, so I called them out for an emergency diagnostic. The technician arrived, spent barely 10 minutes looking at the unit, and immediately claimed it needed a massive, incredibly expensive replacement part. Feeling trapped with no heating, I agreed to the steep price. Not only did they overcharge me way past their initial quote by adding hidden "emergency handling" fees on the final invoice, but the fix only lasted two days before the boiler broke down with the exact same error code. When I called back to complain about the failed repair, they refused to send someone back out unless I paid an additional callout fee. It feels like they completely took advantage of my emergency situation just to milk money out of me for a temporary, sloppy fix. Absolutely zero integrity—do not trust them."
