The garden wasn't tidied, promises weren't kept, and there was no accountability when concerns were raised, instead met with rudeness, inappropriate language and looking for additional charges. May be able to do grass cutting and hedges, but doesn't understand doing a clean tidy mess free task. Unprofessional. Adding only a few pictures."
