Johnny and the JDB team were brilliant from start to finish. They handled everything - site visit, detailed quote, design suggestions, and a showroom visit to choose doors and ironmongery. When circumstances meant we had to postpone the project, Johnny was completely understanding and professional about the situation. When we were ready to proceed a few months later, they accommodated our schedule perfectly. We were away on holiday during the work week, so we left them the keys. Their team of electricians, joiners, plasterers, and decorators worked throughout the week. We returned to find the space transformed - all major work completed, everything clean and tidy, finished on time to a very high standard. Even last-minute requests were handled without any issues. The quality of workmanship is excellent, but it's the professionalism and trustworthiness that really stands out. You can leave them with your keys and know the job will be done properly.
