"New Windows & Doors I chose Lochinvar for my new windows and doors as I had friends who had had worked carried out by them in the past, and couldn’t sing their praises highly enough. I had 8 windows, new front and back doors along with new French doors fitted yesterday and today. The quality of the goods is exceptional. The installers the Beatties (2 brothers and their dad) were outstanding. Their attention to detail is meticulous. They were tidy, efficient and nothing was a problem. If I could give 10 stars I would."

"Disrespectful and unprofessional – months of being ignored I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of service. After a home visit in November and an office visit in January, we were promised a quote within days but are still waiting months later. Communication has been very poor. We were effectively ignored, with the only update coming after I chased them myself back in March, only to be told they were still waiting on contractors. The lack of transparency is frustrating. If they weren’t interested in the project, a straightforward response would have been far more professional than being left without updates after multiple visits. I would not recommend if you value your time or expect basic courtesy."
