"Do not use! Michael said that he would do the work on the Monday & Tuesday if I would confirm the Friday before. I did, but nearly two weeks later he still hadn't turned up. Worse, he never got in touch to say that he wasn't coming, so every day I would wait in for a no-show, and I was continually texting to find out if he was on his way. He blamed the weather, though most days it was fine and he managed to take on other clients in that time. He blamed me too; for example I hadn't reponded to a text which didn't need a response. By the end of the two weeks, I was highly stressed. I went on to MyBuilder, got an immediate response and today (Monday) got the work expertly done by a brilliant team."
