"4 years ago I called in a panic and needed my rear door lock changed. Until now I’ve not been able to speak on it but I was severely beaten by my ex husband. Your lock smith was the first man I had seen the next day after this, he made me entirely comfortable and as the right lock he didn’t have, he asked me if I was ok, as I said no and it was my ex partner, he deadbolt locked my rear door, ran back to get the correct lock and came in with lots of care for my safety, he continued to ask if I was ok the full time. Whoever he was, I appreciated so much. Apologies it took years to write the review! (This was in Gallowhill in sept 2022)"
