"The work was replacing a faulty toilet cistern. The lady who answered the phone was very kind and helpful but told me that the problem could not be dealt with until the following week. I had isolated the leak so there was no tremendous problem. TG phoned back about midday saying there had been a cancellation and that someone could come round in half an hour. The job was done pretty quickly by two extremely pleasant and competent plumbers. The job was done to my complete satisfaction. I thought that the price was very reasonable. I cannot commend too highly the courteous, professional and businesslike approach demonstrated by all staff. Unexpected issues of this nature can be a bit stressful, but they did their very best to ensure the entire process was as little hassle as possible. Job well done and great customer care!"
