He came to the rescue when we had repeatedly been let down by another company who left our roughcasting with areas of poor workmanship, a leaking gutter which had been fitted incorrectly and dry verge which also had been fitted incorrectly. Fortunately Alex was doing work for our neighbour and kindly agreed to rectify these issues that same day, making a better job of it than the original company we had hired!
