What can the fund support?
Renfrewshire Council says grants generally range from £50,000 to £150,000 and normally cover no more than 30% to 50% of project costs. The property must be in the town centre of Erskine, Johnstone, Linwood, Paisley or Renfrew and be vacant, underused or derelict. Applicants need ownership or a long leasehold interest of at least ten years.
