They arrived when they said they would, carried out the work in the time frame they said they would and tidied up behind them (including washing the windows) They were polite, courteous and hard working. Mum is in her 90s and I live 300+ miles away, so not an easy project to manage and a lot for my elderly Mum to cope with. They made sure Mum knew what was going on at every stage, there was minimal disruption and they kept me up to date with regular photos and progress reports.
