"Really happy with the work done by Great Western Roofing. We had an ongoing leak affecting the top floor and loft, and after getting a few quotes, we decided to go with them. From the start, they were straightforward, explained things clearly, properly checked the roof by going up there, and didn’t try to push unnecessary work. They stripped back the affected area and fixed everything properly rather than just patching it. You can tell they knew what they were doing. They also kept the place tidy and worked efficiently. Not only the flat owners in the building were impressed with these guys, but also people around the area which asked for their contact as well. Communication was good throughout, they shared multiple photos -before/during/after (including descriptions which makes it a lot easier to understand) and they did what they said they would do. The job was completed on time, no disruptions to the owners and tenants and everything looks solid now. Overall, very reliable and easy to deal with — would definitely recommend if you want the job done at high standards and no headaches."

"I've had great interaction with Great Western Roofing over the past few years. Storm damage and a broken Velux initially a few years ago. Replacement soffits and gutters were handled really well by the guys last year. And last week they replaced a gulley and several dodgy tiles that I'd ignored for a long time but were causing water ingress. All dealt with promptly.."
