"Got all my windows and doors done, staff are good to certain extent but sales manager Craig not professional at all. He's the only one to contact after their work if there's a fault even whilst still under warranty mine were less than a year done ! He will dismiss you every time, office number never pick up phone or emails even used my home as an advert for their work!! BE VERY AWARE of this SHAMED business not even on Trust Pilot says it all ! Been treated disgracefully"

"We installed our windows probably 7 months ago, still to receive our certificates as we were told. I doubt we will ever will. The installation was ok, a few weeks after installation holes around the windows appear that I had to fill with silicone. Definitely they could do a better job with using more silicon and using a spatula to form it rather their finger. We then enquired for an additional quote to replace our remaining windows, when we asked questions about the second quote and the pricing (it was over 1000£ more than half a year ago) we were ignored by the owner and salesman Craig and the general sales email. I feel like Craig talks the talk but does not deliver."
